Welcome to Resource Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Resource Hub platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through resourcehub.example (the "Platform").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform. By using Resource Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.
"Resource Hub", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the company operating the Platform.
"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
"Organization" refers to a business entity registered on the Platform.
"Listing" refers to an offer to buy or sell secondary raw materials posted on the Platform.
3.1. To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account and provide certain information about yourself and your Organization.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.3. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
3.4. All Organizations must undergo verification before fully accessing the Platform. This verification process may include providing business documentation, licenses, and other information as requested.
4.1. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
4.2. You agree not to post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content on the Platform.
4.3. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
4.4. You agree not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform.
5.1. Users may post Listings offering to buy or sell secondary raw materials.
5.2. All Listings must accurately describe the materials being offered, including type, quantity, quality, location, and pricing information.
5.3. Resource Hub is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, and transporters. We do not take ownership of materials, guarantee transactions, or act as a broker.
5.4. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the materials they list and transport.
6.1. The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Resource Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6.2. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without prior written consent.
7.1. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.1. In no event shall Resource Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
9.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
